Wallner has established itself as the

as well as press room and custom equipment. They have
set the industry standards for speed, economy, and
precision. Wallner provides technical support as well
as machinery that is designed around your production
process. They offer new and rebuilt machinery that
is designed to meet todays Metal Forming Industry
tolerance demands. Wallner manufactures a full range
of supporting equipment including flatteners, uncoilers,
recoilers, cut-to-length, slitters, straighteners
and custom made equipment. Their engineering team
has designed over 40 patterns ranging from traditional
diamond orientation to decorative for a number of
industries.
Wallner's high accuracy expanded metal
machinery working widths are 5" to 48".
Their custom built machines can expand a wide range
of materials such as carbon, stainless steel, aluminum,
copper, tinplate, foil and some plastics. Wallner's
expanded metal lines run up to 1,500 strokes per minute
with output up to 40 feet or 12 meters per minute.
